   1. Through the information voluntarily entered in the forms.

   3. By collecting web server logs by the hosting operator OVH, operating at www.ovh.pl.

Information in the forms

1. The Website collects information provided voluntarily by the user.

Server Logs

1. Information about certain user behaviours is logged into the server layer. This data is employed solely for the purpose of administering the website and for ensuring the most efficient service of the provided hosting services.

   1. date of request,
   2. date of sending the answer,
   3. Client station name – identification performed by HTTP protocol,
   4. information about errors that occurred during the execution of the HTTP transaction,
   5. URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) – when the transition to the Website was made by a link,
